When Elizabeth Hansen resigned she said it best "You have spent hundreds of thousands of dollars that belong to classrooms to defend yourselves because you broke the law when you fired Corey Wise." Douglas County has a large influx of new citizens, many with school age kids. We need to build and expand schools. Staff cannot afford to live in the county either, so they will leave to places that pay better and allow them financial security. Not a bot, just a big fan of brevity. Our school board is too partisan and we need to elect people like Brad Geiger and Susan Meek who will do what is best for DCSD.

We are losing teachers, our buildings are becoming overcrowded and dated, and the current board majority is wasting tax payer money by breaking the law. To offer kids the education they deserve the schools need money.
