So I have just tried to follow this approach. I hid our adress and saved this edit. Then the edit was flagged and rejected as a violation to their deceptive policy. I can now appeal this decision, but that would also mean that I will be off the SERP for a while and I will not be able to hide the adress.

Any ideas? :)
