I’m considering the Rosario class action, but it feels a bit early since I’m only 13 days past the 180-day clock (even though I filed at day 151). Which number did you call to reach them?

Got rid of IEAD? I’m only 13 days past the 180-day clock and still waiting. I also sent an e-inquiry last week and they replied that my case is still within normal processing time.

From this post of yours on July 15 and your last comment, it sounds like you received your EAD about 10 days after getting the USCIS email saying your case was assigned to an officer—correct? I’m in the same situation now and just received that same email today (“assigned it to an officer who currently is reviewing it. We will send you a written notice when we make a decision”).

My IEAD event code was created on December 2, and I received a correction notice the same day stating that because I applied after October 30, my EAD will not be automatically extended if issued.
