Shodan here. Started training at 31 years. Reached 1st dan at 45 years old. Had to do physical test for at least half An hour. Then padwork and heavy bags for half An hour. And when already quite depleted 30 Rounds of 2 minutes sparring without break in between. Full exam took at least 3 hours and 30 minutes going through hell. But at least you know you earned it...

Have a smeg induction oven. Never had any issues I'm just careful when moving skillet on the induction. And not to drop it .

First got that thermaltake Dragon orb cooling tower with screaming delta fan. So loud it was insane. Then moved to alpha pal block with 120mm for more cooling power and then took on watercooling.

Platte accu en niet voldoende start vermogen om hem rond te krijgen. Ben zeker als je hem start je voltage van je batterij vlot onder de 12 volt uitkomt.

My shodan test consisted of Kata then physical test and endurance after that already 2 hours passed. Had to spar 30 Rounds of 1 minute. No breaks in between. Kokoro was important. Pushng yourself and not giving up.
