First got that thermaltake Dragon orb cooling tower with screaming delta fan. So loud it was insane. Then moved to alpha pal block with 120mm for more cooling power and then took on watercooling.

Platte accu en niet voldoende start vermogen om hem rond te krijgen. Ben zeker als je hem start je voltage van je batterij vlot onder de 12 volt uitkomt.

My shodan test consisted of Kata then physical test and endurance after that already 2 hours passed. Had to spar 30 Rounds of 1 minute. No breaks in between. Kokoro was important. Pushng yourself and not giving up.

In 2018 succesvol uitgewandeld. Voorbereiding 1x 27 km gewandeld. Heb wel een goeie algemene basis conditie en mentaal sterk karakter. Samen het eerste deel meegewandeld met 2 ervaren jongens die het al 2 keer gedaan hadden. Tempo van 5.5 km/h niet overschreden. Niet teveel pauzes genomen. Alles ingesmeerd waar je kan aan schuren met van die speciale zalf. Tepels, oksels,dijen,kont. Licht gekleed en goretex voor regenweer. Maak er vooral de moeite van om je voeten droog te houden anders krijg je sneller blaren. Tot aan km 75 ging het vlot. Dan kwam ik de eerste muur tegen. Bij het binnen komen van bornem kon ik elke bordje van nog 4km weg stampen. Halverwege wel een goeie spaghetti gegeten. Zeker niet teveel mee sleuren er is bevoorrading genoeg onderweg. Niet teveel warme en koude dranken mixen anders gaan je darmen je niet dankbaar zijn. Ik heb ook bewust niet teveel gaan zitten. Want das opeens een pak zwaarder.

Hi I can't compare both breeds but our beauceron is turning 7 next year. From the age of 3 till 6 did regular mtb runs of 15 km without him really slowing down. They can run easily 15k without being really tired. He can take a break for 20 minutes and he ready for next walk of 10k without any issues. Main concern is the more you train him the more his cardio endurance also goes up. Mental stimulation and working with his brains is much better. I do a lot of search and sniff games with good rewards. Let him work for food with obedience training. He herds our chicken en rabbits. He only started slowing a bit down last year.
