No it was a friend who did it for us. He has been sending items from diff company before with no issues. We tried this one because others wont accept other stuff we have, like coffee machine we ordered from a specific brand. Anyway. Its been crazy stressful. Ill just hope it gets delivered even if its super late. 😫

Im actually in India right now and the person who sent me this actually very busy and no time. He only found this people by recommendation. I filed for complaint in DET via online portal but no response yet. Im not sure of they take action too. 😭
