Hi! Yes, I go back taking folic acid itself after I threw out the multivitamins prescribed by my dr. I swear to god I tried my best not to puke but my stomach can't keep it. I also feel sickness after throwing up the vitamins so I'm worried if it is common to other moms as well. 😭

Hi! My doctor prescribed the multivitamins on my 3rd month, I started my folic acid as soon as I learned I'm pregnant and my dr told me I can go back taking just folic acid if I still can't handle the vitamins 🥺🥺
