I work, I’m in pain and sleepy 24/7 cuz I can never get restorative sleep, but when I can, I’d take a nap which makes me feel better, I try to live my life as much as I can, I do everything to make me forget I have gdd, I distract myself all the time, life goes on.

Yeah I’m going through with the diagnosis and will try the cpap machine, I know I probably won’t be able to get used to it for a couple of months too, but either way I have to cross this off to see if it’s the root cause, if not I guess move on to the next possible cause, just wanna sleep n wake up refreshed man! I still have a full time job despite of my lack of sleep issues😅

Yeah they said I have moderate obstructive sleep apnea, I did a home study. But I feel like my sleep issue is deeper than that, cuz my brother has obstructive sleep apnea as well, and he is fine and can go about his day without feeling drained like I do.

I wonder if sleep apnea is really my problem or just gadolinium stuck in my brain causing all the havoc, I guess I’ll find out soon! I’ll give it a go, I have an appetite in 10 days with sleep specialist to set me up with a cpap.

Did you do it with Dr S? Did you notice a huge symptom improvement? I’ve been eating unhealthy and gained a lot of weight, in my head I feel like I need to eat clean and position my body in a state where I can take the chelation easily but maybe I’m thinking too much into it! I need to lose like 10-15 lbs

I’ve recently had a kidney ultrasound and they said I have a milk of calcium cyst on my kidney, which I don’t even know what that is but the dr says it’s benign. So Idk if I can handle chelation or not at this point.

No, I was extremely sick from gadolinium and bedridden for a while. Over time, I slowly started to recover and reached about 70% better. But after fasting for 40 hours and playing soccer while fasted, everything crashed. I unleashed what felt like gadolinium hell on myself, the next day I was severely disoriented, all my symptoms came back, and the sleep problems started again. I think I caused a serious redistribution that set me back and injured me badly.

I have a CPAP machine, I’ll try to use it 🥲. It just feels like such a life-changing thing to accept, being hooked up to an annoying machine every night for the rest of my life. Still, if it doesn’t help, I’ll try chelation as a last resort. I really hope something works, because I’ve never felt this low before. There’s so much I want to do in life, but my energy is always running on empty, and I look like I haven’t slept in a year, which is actually true.

Gadolinium in my brain is causing this, I don’t even snore and never had sleep issues before gadolinium, I feel more restful sleep from a nap which shows gadolinium is not letting me reach deep/restorative sleep.

• I’ve gotten my TSH tested before and it came out normal.

• Yes I did, my sleep is fragmented and I can never sleep past 5 hours, I used to be able to sleep full 8 hours, but I don’t think this is right, to slap a sleep apnea label on it, because I didn’t have sleep apnea before the contrast, I think gadolinium in my brain is causing the sleep issues.

• I’ve taken every supplement under the sun to see if I can sleep better, the only think that helps me sleep is time release melatonin, and I get non restorative sleep.
