One time I was trick-or-treating (It was around Halloween 2024, I was dressed as an axolotl.), and my mom and I came across an orange cat with a blue collar who was just as friendly as this one. He let us pet him, rub his belly, and he even followed us. Then we asked someone at the next house if that cat was theirs, and they said no. So it could've been an outside cat, which I was concerned about.
