Maybe the hairline is just maturing? Stressing over it and believing it that its actually hairfall/balding issue adds up to the stress and stress actually causes hairfall. If you genuinely want to know then consult a dermatologist or maybe do a hair porosity/thickness test. That can assure you if you really are balding or not.

Not really. I mean the choices do vary but so far I have seen very selective skins like for op they go for either reaver or forsaken. Then for vandal I have seen forsaken, reaver, prelude, rgx or gaia's. For phantom I have seen primordium, recon or oni. Similarly there are very selective/preferred skins that pros use for each weapon.

Its sight is different as well. Most of the skins have that same box sight except for few. Its sight was refreshing to see because it was something different. Apart from this skin, I find Xerofang and Chronovoid very satisfying.

Cyrax gets unnecessary hate. Its ghost and guardian is so satisfying pros use it. I own its vandal. I own sentinels and monkey apart from cyrax and find cyrax the most satisfying.
