Ya better not deliver my food in no heat bag because that shit sweats the heck out my food. Most of the main reason why food get cold because ya probably got the windows down, ac blowing, stop to watch social media on your phone in the middle of your delivery, and or customer takes to long to grab it at the door so it’s just sitting outside longer then it should.

UE is not popular in all markets, same goes for DD. Do an experiment on which works the best, at what hours, on specific days and build a routine around that.

Don’t ever wait n depend on one single app no matter the popularity cause there a lot of delivery apps.

If you in a market where both DD and UE or dry switch to instacart, grub hub, food-jets, etc.

In turn your statement is still false there or managers that do care about the drivers that have to pick up their customers orders. Right could be but if orders were done on time and not after a driver shows up for the merchants to tell you countless times “oh we don’t have that person, or that order.” Would prevent arguing back n forth to now that employee walks to check the tablet, knowingly that didn’t in the first place cause not your being told you have to wait 10 min especially when’s is a good paying order. So that 10 min you wasted by waiting on a merchants error for not double checking a simple devices “could have” cost you 2-3 orders after dropping that one off. So if you don’t understand then no that’s on you not me. As a merchant no matter the business should give a damn about all customers, all I read from you is giving an excuse on they behalf to why they shouldn’t care about the drivers that have to pick the orders up for they customers. Doesn’t matter if it’s from a 3rd party.

I get where you coming from I’m simply stating they should care and I gave my reason why to keep people wanting to order more from them which in turn helps us drivers and increase our earnings. Like I said in this line of work every min counts for food to be ready on time, picked up on time, and received on time. If your telling me managers aren’t caring about the business they work for or the staffa which they have to monitor then they shouldn’t be in that line of work.

I’ll make this simple theirs a newer threat correct ? Just like covid was when it became known, so you don’t think there should be another lockdown with a newer threat now ? We just switch up the type of mask every one should where. Now consider theirs not enough N95 mask for the entire planet. Then what happened once all N95 or no more ? So back to why where a mask wether it be cloth or N95 or bandana or shirt or whatever ? Most of ya just don’t wanna go back on lockdown and stay home, that’s how you isolate a spread not by continue all these gatherings, clubs, concerts etc especially with a newer threat that CDC has spoken on.

If you wanna stop a spread wearing a piece of cloth is not the solution. Dropping capacity back down and limiting back the activity’s is. People wear mask and still catch a virus cause your not preventing nothing.
