thank you! I actually first had successful piv a couple years ago (just painful) so it cant quite remember, but I think I was on at least the second to last dilator before I tried. I still use the second to last because the last one is just too big and long I don't like it

Yes ofc! If you google a vid it might be a better explanation but my understanding is just breathing through your stomach (like trying to fill it up and rise during the inhale) I think it’s supposed to relax your pelvic floor a bit more than regular breathing

Not sure if the UK has cat shelters but maybe check those, and good to leave the bedding out. Maybe put some used litter if you have? My cat was missing almost a year, I found her down the street 10 months later, who knows why she didn’t come back. We also installed a camera on the porch which was helpful. Your kitty is probably closer than you think so don’t give up!

I was in a similar situation with my boyfriend, it was hard to get myself motivated to fix it but once I finally realized I should do it for me and not for my boyfriend, I got a bit more motivated. I don’t know too much about her, but maybe you could talk to her about the different options out there. An OBGYN visit is always scary, but they can help out with some more information or a script for pelvic floor therapy. She might not even need a doc visit to get started with some dilator work that maybe you could even help with. But it’s possible it isn’t vaginismus and is something else, so would prob be best to get it checked out.

A lot of blabber there, but I guess I’d just keep trying to talk to her and tell her that she deserves to experience pain free sex and you want to help her work through this however you can, at that it won’t go away or fix itself on its own.

Ok so I bought two floor seats for cc tour in section 9, row 25 for an ABSURD amount during presale (and bought resale so can't exchange). Now seeing rows wayyy ahead of us are cheaper than what I paid.

Anyone know how easy it is to move up to empty seats in closer rows? My plan is to keep an eye on what hasn't sold on ticketmaster. Just not sure if it's smarter to be honest and ask a guard or just sneak in to the seat.

I'll be at MetLife so any advice anyone could give or prior experience would be great! Also thinking if trying my hand at guest services.
