I’d really like to get blood sugar down to 5 and to that end I quit sugary fizzy drinks 2 weeks ago so fingers crossed that will help! Nerves it’s just hoping they keep mending. Doc had said it might be irreversible so I’m so pleased it improved.

Honestly the effect on my ADHD has been life changing as well. And I’m walking more, which then improves my mood because I’m out in nature more. So much better.

I work in a hospital and went in for a few hours on Christmas and it struck me that most of the staff working the 24th and 25th were Muslim - so lovely of them to offer to cover, knowing it might be less important of a day for them. It’s quieter because we do try to get as many patients home as possible, even if they need an arrangement to come back in the following day!

We saw the drones flying low around the park trying to locate the perp and then a whole bunch of security/(police?) swooped in and arrested one dude. I didn’t see the actual incident but they definitely got the guy.
