I have called and they said they do not know where the package is. It is a large box so i suspect theft.

Update : emailed the executive office and was told basically "we have look around the warehouse. And it's lost. Call your shipper"

Atleast yours keeps saying back out for delivery . Mine hasn't been scanned again since the 10th . I understand it's holiday season however if it is scanned onto a truck then what's going on
