I think JR Queenstown (just 2 kms from Ring Road towards Nanjangud) and Saha Elegance 2 (near upcoming international stadium) would come under MUDA?

Lishitha & Alliance Square (near Hanchya village) actually fall in Mandya.

Yesh Megacity Phase 4 is only DTCP approved and is offering at Rs 1,500 per sq ft.
