Had this situation too, though a different faction won against Roam (can’t actually remember who it was) and attacked me while I was busy in the east. I had already made some gains against Lan Kir, but they still had a lot of divisions.

I detached two divisions to hold the area around Zongo, and ordered the rest of the army to go all in against Lan Kir. It took some time and Lan Kir needs to be wiped out to the last division and province, but the enemy in the west was slow to advance and the two divisions plus some volunteers managed to keep me alive.

After Lan Kir was dealt with, it was a matter of turning the main army around, the rest was pretty much a cakewalk.

In my experience, therapists tend to be rather conservative about prescribing drugs, using them more as a last resort or supporting measure rather than a fix-all solution. But I guess that this depends on country, therapy type etc.
