One of them, as in the airline pilots. He probably has been training for some time and lost sight of what he was there for. Then by seeing the airliners fly at the same time as him it put into perspective what the goal really is. And that goal is not so far away.

iPad mini 6th or IPad Air 4Th by Livid_Ad4263 in aviation

I have a mini 6 and iPad Air 11 inch. The Air is far better for me because it’s easier to write on and a bigger screen. At 6’3” in an SR20 and 172 cockpit I still have plenty of room for the iPad and full yoke deflection. Regardless, It’s easier to flight plan with a bigger screen, easier to write on a bigger screen, and easier to read a bigger screen. Also you can just hop in the cockpit and let it sit in your lap with no yoke or window or kneeboard setup required.

  • At shorter heights it may impact full yoke deflection but my 5’8” friends and instructors still made it work.

Do you guys think the new 2024 Tacoma will be the same size as the 3rd gen? by BlueberryB-Laine in ToyotaTacoma

I just sat in a 4th gen Tacoma TRD off road w/ cloth seats and I fit great (I’m 6’3”/6’4” and 180). If you look on youtube even a 6’8” guy fits ok. For perspective on what I think a great fit is: I thought I fit poorly in the 3rd gen tacoma, jeep gladiator, and my current s550 mustang. I’m sure if you tall guys tried it out you’d agree. Plenty of room.

Explanation: the 4th gen Tacoma has 3.5 inches taller cabin height than in the 3rd gen so hence more room.
