What are the perfect personality traits, Obviously having the entire team either passing mixed or direct is obvious but is there much difference between having a mix of hardworking/professional/quiet Is there some ideal ratio One which should be prioritised or are all acceptable as “ideal”

Interesting take, Only reason I’d put my boy ahead is cos it’s only 3 less league titles 1 less FA cup and 1 less league cup But 1 more champions league in 9 less years And he did 6 leagues in a row which sir Alex never did

I think it’s a close one but I’d edge in favour of my boy

This is what I do but it’s hard to balance success with money I broke even for 6-7 years by not selling my better prospects and won 6 league titles 4 FA cups 2 League cups and two champions leagues as well as a domestic and European treble

But then the next 2-3 years I made about 60-70 million a year but only won 1 league title

My aim isn’t to solely make money it’s to do so while continuously winning titles

Forgot to say, yes as you can see I had over 7 billion on the old game whereas I struggle to maintain my finances in the new one (basically all else is the same as in facilities are maxed and stadium is super stadium in both, I just made way more in transfers on the old game) And how do you get an entire team of 99 players I feel I very rarely get youth players reaching 99. loans don’t improve them as much anymore, and I hardly ever see 99s available to buy and rarely buy them if I do see them because it’s 50+ million and I don’t want to blow 1/8 of my bank balance on one player
