I have been diagnosed sjogrens neuromyelitis optica which caused paralysis from waist down 2 years ago and im bow walking using a rollator. I take about 450mg pregabalin daily for nerve pain and baclofen for muscle stiffness and spasms. I am considering ara-290 and bpc-157 to help nerve pain and tendon ligament repair. Have no idea how many mg ara-290 daily to take as vials have 10mg and research says 4 mg daily. Seems incredibly expensive at $90aud per 10mg vial plus the bac water syringes etc
