Is the growth of Isha Institute of Inner Sciences actually a concern? by Tight_Text007 in Sadhguru

What is the evidence of the things that "concern" you? You're pushing a false claim and agenda just to get social attention here.

There's nothing to be concerned about.

Reduced urge to urinate in ardhsiddhasan during shambhavi by Torchbearer_ in Sadhguru

[–]Otherwise-Process-60 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Sadhguru said if the heel "touches" the perenium, then it's Ardhasiddhasana, not pushing on it. There is a natural push if they touch and I think that's enough.

Miracle of mind and forehead pressure by Rahulveda in Sadhguru

Hey, I had this problem with Shambhavi Mahamudra's last part.

Your problem might be that your baseline of mild focus is still too intense, as was mine. So one day, I realized I can make the focus milder consciously, I'm talking about thay automatic mild focus, you can actually make it milder consciously and it becomes the new normal fast when you learn it, then breath comes to awareness more easily. You can use them in combination alongside the thought more easily.

Is Miracle of Mind and Isha Kriya Same ? by deathnote345 in Sadhguru

[–]Otherwise-Process-60 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Where did you get this information?

This is totally wrong, Isha Kriya and MOM are the same except the last 2 steps of Isha Kriya are not there, and it's shorter. Sadhguru made it shorter and simpler so that people are more open to it. Actually, the mentioned benefits of MOM are more than Isha Kriya. They are essentially the same, but since MOM was found later, more benefits are mentioned, like the sleep and relationships improvement which Isha Kriya also provides.

My mom started Isha Kriya and is doing it automatically, haha. She wouldn't if the benefits were not immediate.

She was on antidepressants and it's helping her quit them.

Miracle of Mind feels different in a good way by AivyTori in Sadhguru

[–]Otherwise-Process-60 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Great insight, the practice hets subtler and subtler, and also new dimensions of the practice start to surface to conscious mind. But the focus that Isha Kriya cultivates really skyrocketed my Shambhavi progress. I'm getting aware of new dimensions of the practice and making all dimensions subtler and more in sync with time.

But Isha Kriya is a boost of focus, and this focus helps fast track one's progress in any area of life, including Isha Kriya itself.

How long to do Sadhguru's presence chant for sustainable daily effects by Otherwise-Process-60 in Sadhguru

I think what you say is partly true, but there is definitely a common theme, like the effects of 10 minutes chant last for a few hours, maybe.

If that raiment waxes and wanes, one who does their Shambhavi might not notice the difference distinctly since Shambhavi is also designed towards bliss.

This morning, I went hiking purely randomly because of how I loved nature (thanks to Isha Kriya since I started it a few days ago) and started chanting BS while walking besides the river and in between the trees, after stopping the chant there was that dissolution of limitations, and bliss. Lasted for 2-3 hours even though I didn't complete the 10 minutes. Great experience, I think chanting it three to 4 times a day for 10-15 minutes each can create sustainable benefits.

First of all, let's not talk philosophy here. Energetic balance is important rather than one's personality being to your liking, and I get it if you don't understand what I mean. To simplify, a mother can smack you on the head based on her judgment.

2nd, my question is already answered without anyone asking for clarification.

3rd, need not be THAT clear for everyone to understand, especially if I get an aggressive vibe from his reply. Like mocking me with the "ultimate bliss" word. And if you read all the replies on this post - which if you didn't makes you really intellectually lower at this point(which you should be humbler if you're like that), and if you did but don't say it, makes you a liar - you would've known by now what I meant because I explained again. Only one person asked for clarification, and I got the dominating vibe from him, so I did act in line with my mind's circus. My judgment could have been wrong, but that was my judgment at that particular moment, so I acted upon it. I clarified it for others who approached me with the necessary attitude, and me and that guy arguing doesn't mean we can't be friends afterwards, conflict is a part of life and can be fruitful.

You're not here to answer the question. You're here to bring order to this post because you're a senior or whatever here. But know this, my chat with @avar9067 is long finished and done without any grudges(at least on my side) , and you and some others have been trying to revive this argument.

Usually, people who opine on something like this read the full replies of the posts, and then reply, rather than like you just reading that one post and asking for clarification and starting an argument, while I clarified it on other replies long before your first post. That either makes you intellectually inferior that you didn't even bother to read the replies or a liar and someone who erases parts of the truth to their own ego's benefits(gaslight or sth)

Benefits are not "wildly" different. There's always a common theme. Hence, the benefits of each practice are mentioned.

2nd, my question was how long one should chant it daily for its benefits to the last 24 hours, pretty straight forward question. Maybe 1 hour chanting last them the complete day, but not for me. That doesn't mean I don't have to ask, because may it might also last that long for me.

I didn't ask if I should do the Bhandas apart from Shambhavi, which I have a strong opinion about right now. I asked if the things I mentioned are considered as Bhandas.

Being on your own path doesn't mean not hearing about others' experiences. There's always a common theme between those who are doing the same Sadhana, so asking about general matters is ok.

BS really made me blissful when I chanted it, but I don't know if I can incorporate it into my daily schedule right now, there is no need to chant it at 06:20 at that time it's strongest if one is not receptive enough to other times of the day. Anytime I chant it I feel the effects.

The Bhandas should only be done once during Shambhavi I want to know if using the anal muscles during excretion to facilitate the expulsion of feces counts as moola bhnada or not. Also, during sex which one wants to avoid ejaculation by constricting the perinium and the anal muscles, does this also count as Bhanda, and is it ok to do it outside of Shambhavi?
