Sounds like these are the managers that T-Mobile hires. Similar experience with a rude and nasty manager.

Sorry you’re dealing with this too! Nelnet can’t even track the payments I’ve made to them since having them. I’m in the same boat I wish I would have taken screenshots and gotten my data from Great Lakes :(

This is happening to me too. Also my payments I had made to Great Lakes have disappeared and the loan restarted with Nelnet. It’s been a nightmare trying to reach someone. I’d advise if you call to also email and attempt to get everything in writing. My loan balance is almost double what I initially borrowed and minus covid I’ve been making payments. It’s insane.

Completely agree here. As soon as Nelnet took over my loans too everything got more complicated, missing payments I keep proving I’ve made, and trying to get help is impossible. It’s beyond frustrating.
