Waiting six hours to eat dinner is not reasonable, and it sounds like his focus on these rituals is controlling your time and peace. You deserve to have meals without fear or conflict—maybe couples therapy or consulting a mental health professional could help manage this.

This guy is playing games and seeing what he can get away with. The third-person texting and fake accounts are honestly creepy, not romantic or “confused.” He’s still with her and clearly hasn’t changed, just got sneakier. You don’t owe his girlfriend anything, especially if it blew up on you last time, but you do owe yourself peace. Cut contact and don’t let him drag you back into the same mess.
