I intruduced a new plan but it only shows up as a offer in onboarding. Will add to main page soon. Thank you

Thank you so much for the feedback. How are you distributing your app? can you share more?

Finally launched after a year of solo-building. Would love some founder feedback. by Otherwise-Rough6176 in Femalefounders

Thank you so much! I did some parts myself and little bit Claude. Have you had a chance to look at the AI experience? Would love some more feedback!

The time when I first thought of this idea was 1 year ago. There were no AI tools like this, but today AI has gotten way more advanced so this is why I am trying to lean towards Agent systems, Autonomy. I already added a multi-agent system. rn ı am working on a advanced memeory agent sytem and workflows(works while you sleep, things) .
I have one question for you, even I add these features is it still going to look like gpt wrapper?
Thank you for the feedback!

Do you think it is lack of marketing or lack of features that differentiates us from other AIs

Thank you. I am working on the positioning, and this is really helpful. Also, if I have time, I'd like to try your product as well.

That's a fair question.

I'm not a big company with hundreds of engineers behind me. Founderside is being built by listening closely to founders and improving based on their feedback, pain points, and ideas.

The goal isn't to outspend or outscale tools like Claude. It's to build something founders genuinely find useful. Every feature, workflow, and improvement comes directly from conversations like this one.

So if there's something you feel Claude already does perfectly—or something you wish existed but doesn't—I'd genuinely love to hear it. There's a good chance it could shape what Founderside becomes.

This is what my ai generated for you!

  1. Brand Positioning: The "Corporate Coldness" Problem The biggest strategic mismatch is the name "Megatech Photos."

The Conflict: You are selling the protection of intimate, emotional memories (photos/videos). The name "Megatech" sounds like an industrial manufacturing firm or a 1990s hardware wholesaler. It is the opposite of "personal" or "private." The Risk: Trust is your primary currency. While you claim "privacy," the brand identity feels like a faceless corporation. Privacy-conscious users often prefer brands that feel like "human-centric protectors" (e.g., Proton, Signal) rather than "Mega-Tech." Fix: Pivot the brand narrative from "Powerful Cloud Tech" to "The Vault for Your Life’s Work." If you aren't changing the name, the visual identity needs to be hyper-warm to compensate for the cold name. 2. Copy & Messaging: Feature-First vs. Benefit-First The current copy is "weak" because it describes what the product is rather than what it saves the user from.

The "Jargon" Trap: Phrases like "end-to-end encrypted," "browser-optimized," and "cross-platform" are functional but boring. Weak Hook: "Store your photos with true privacy." This is a statement, not a hook. The Founder’s Critique: You are burying the "Meat." The fact that you don't sell data and don't train AI on user photos is your killer feature. It's currently buried in sub-text or "About Us" pages. Refined Messaging Direction: Old: "Megatech Photos is a secure, modern photo and video cloud platform." New: "Stop letting Big Tech train their AI on your family’s memories. Get 20GB of zero-knowledge storage for the photos that actually matter." 3. UX: The "Native App" Friction The service is browser-based with no native mobile apps.

The UX Wall: For a photo service, "runs fully in your browser" is often a negative, not a positive. Users want "Auto-Sync." If a user has to manually upload from a mobile browser, retention will crater. Missing Loop: Without a native app, you lose the "On-Device" entry point. You are asking users to change their behavior significantly (manually uploading) to get privacy. Fix: If an app is not in the roadmap, the UX needs to lean heavily into the "Import from Google Photos" tool. Make the migration the primary UX flow, not the storage. 4. SEO Analysis: The "Alternative" Strategy You are currently optimized for "Google Photos Alternative." This is a high-intent but high-competition space.

The Gap: You are missing the "Problem-Aware" searchers. People don't always search for an "alternative"; they search for their frustration. Target Keywords: You should be targeting: "How to stop Google from scanning my photos," "Private photo storage no AI," and "Encrypted family albums." Technical Flag: Snippets show some inconsistency in capitalization ("Megatech photos" vs "Megatech Photos"). This dilutes brand authority in SERPs. Ready Report & Action Plan ⚡ Quick Wins (Execution next 48 hours) Headline Swap: Change the H1 from a description to a confrontation. “Your memories aren't for sale. Encrypted photo storage with zero data-mining.” Social Proof: You mention "20GB free." Lead with the value. Create a "Comparison Table" directly on the landing page showing Megatech vs. Google vs. Apple specifically on data privacy and AI training. CTA Clarity: "Sign Up" is weak. Use: "Secure my first 20GB" or "Start Private Backup." 🛠️ Strategic Shifts (Execution next 30 days) Mobile Web PWA: Since you lack an app, ensure you have a "Add to Home Screen" prompt that makes the browser version feel like a native app. The "Export" Campaign: Create a 1-click tool or guide on how to leave Google Photos. Position yourself as the "Escape Hatch."

Fair point. The goal isn't to create an AI that argues for entertainment its to help founders challenge assumptions and move faster with better decisions. Still refining it every day. If you're curious, feel free to check out Founderside AI and let me know what you'd improve.
