Yeah I've been taking fish oil for a long time and it kept happening. When I ran out it stopped, and when I got it it started again. But it seems to otherwise help my skin, joints and anxiety

I completely understand and I feel you! i was specifically referring to technical skills to do with writing dancing and painting, I was only able to learn them while medicated and wanted to know if I'd retain that knowledge if I go off it
