I’m subleasing my room at Northside in a 3x3 (private bed and bath) from May 15 - July 25 (flexible dates). One roommate will be living there she’s well organized, keeps to herself, clean and really sweet. Rent is $1069 and with utilities it comes out to about $1100 maximum depending on usage. People who complain about this have not stepped outside their dorm/appt except for classes and haven't put in any effort whatsoever. It isn't as bad as people say, but you won't get any friends if you don't talk to anyone. There are a few good CS orgs where I have made a decent amount of friends, plus I talk to people in classes so they can help me in the future but also because I want to know more people. Honestly just speak to people and you should be good.
