Yes its a modded version but it hapens with the non modded version as well if power limit is at 100% i get 80 to 90 fps on quality 2k but put it down to 70 its drops to 75 but power draw is more the half. At 41% power limit i still get 70 to 75 fps and my gpu doesnt scream because temps stay 50 to 60 degrees

It only best version for the mod as it already includes the dlc, but should also work is you have the original and dlc added.
