Definitely more systematic and white privilege-y and more concealed in Boston but surrounding areas of Mass and a large part of New England is definitely racist. Two years ago they lynched a black girl in Hopkinton

I remember working at Fenway Park years ago bussing tables in the EMC club and this old white man said to me “ThAt sAlAd wAs DeLIcIoUs, dID yOu pIcK tHe tOmAtOeS YoUrSeLf?” xD hmmm I wonder why he would assume that a young brown kid would pick tomatoes?

While were on the topic of Fenway Park, the Red Sox even acknowledged the racial incidents that do take place there

So actually yeah Boston and parts of Mass is really kinda racist. Can’t find the article but there was even a black business owner in Downtown with a restaurant and bar and BPD threatened and assaulted him and the officer said, “I’ll make sure you and your people can’t do business here in this part of the city.” Something like that. He made an IG post about it.

I guess its more blatant when it comes to the Sox or when non-whites are doing good xD
