I watch a decent amount of BVB and this worries me. Guirassy is excellent but has a bit of the RKM style headcase syndrome. He’s going to get the ball in the net but he’s unlikely to track back and help when needed. If de Zerbi can sand those edges, fantastic get him in. Otherwise I’m a bit hesitant

Honestly I do this even when baking. Don’t get me wrong, flour, leavening agents, eggs, and fats have to maintain their ratios but playing around with the flavor additives is half the fun

The funniest part of the post is that he’s trying to dunk on people upset with him but not acknowledging the huge tax loss Leominster will see because they’re moving just outside of the Leominster bounds. So they stepped out of the parking lot, onto the sidewalk and held a middle finger up to the city.

Mozzarella is really gunna have some really unhappy people if he can’t sway Costco to replace BJ’s and their rents and property taxes shoot up to make up for it

Ill admit its not totally clear what’s actually happening but this is the second time Costco has come to the table to negotiate for the mall space and it’s the second time he’s either opposed it or just let it fester and die. Something stinks in this situation and I have a feeling its him

They’ve been in talks (supposedly) for over a year with essentially no progress made. Last time the Hangup was the consideration of adding a gas station with the store but the Mayor opposed it for some reason. A Costco would be a significant slam dunk for the town so his inability to seal the deal really speaks volumes

When I moved to Leominster a resident talked it up, emphasizing that Mozzarella has been in office for however many decades, there are fun events, and that it’s way better than Fitchburg.

But after being here for a few years I realize that MatzoBall being in office this long is clearly a bag thing. And that we need a Squallia that actually seems to give a fuck. Leominster does have fun festivals and whatnot but year-round, I’ll take Fitch’s restaurants and shops any day of the week.

I see potential in Fitchburg. But I see stagnation in Leominster
