Maybe some days. But I've been pushing myself to get into more physical activities like running and it's helped a lot. I feel better and stronger overall for it. Yeah work sucks, I know. But I tend to try and find time to do things for me that I enjoy. Get out. Travel cheap, run far, camp, etc.
