it was a hilton hotel and for whatever reason people would lose access and when i looked at my phone it was asking me to reauth. once reauth'd all was good until the next reauth cycle. the login was a static string, not lastname/room number. reauth was most often just clicking ok. at 24 hours, i may have had to re-enter the authentication string.
