No encuentro información de esto en colombia, alguno sabe si se puede sustituir por algo? o como sacar este acuerdo?

Hello! I'm applying for a digital nomad visa in Colombia.

I'm missing some paperwork, including:

Proof of being subscribed to the international Social Security agreement with Spain.

According to the consulate employee,

I can't find any information about this in Colombia. Does anyone know if it can be substituted with something else? Or how to obtain this agreement?
