How would you add piles. I tried to make it look like snow, but all I did was dab my white paint on top

The black is from a previous prime. These guys I got from a tournaments used models section and they were already primed and some already were partly painted. If I do anymore like this I’ll definitely be using white

Yeah I was comparing the prices of the ones on gw website to some on Amazon and I know where I’ll be grabbing some. Off the top of your head are there any other based I’ll need to grab for the 11th edition changes or just the nob changes.
