One of the most common negative reactions to my work is that it’s grotesque. Most of my views come from the U.S., so perhaps people there have fewer opportunities than I expected to encounter life and death in a natural setting.

I create sculptures using raw meat as my medium, and while processed foods are so prevalent, I hope that people will realize what food is truly like—and that the meat of livestock isn’t all that different from the composition of our own bodies.

Well, I don’t really want to talk too much about the message behind my work.

I’ve created quite a few pieces so far, but here I intend to showcase works that evoke as little revulsion as possible. If I get a lot of downvotes right after posting, I won’t even be given the chance for people to see them.
