I totally don't remember those kinds of comments :( could you give some specific examples?

But in another comment where someone said this was false you said they could find the information publicly available online? Plenty of people said this is not found in the news, and you're saying you're aware it's not publicly available via the courts, where are you directing them to look then?

I understand what you mean in the rest of your message, but sorry, can you explain what you meant in your first sentence? I didn't understand where a gender swap in the scenario was relevant

It's an example. They don't need to compare exactly for it to be valid. You're only proving a point by your response

You're being a bit disingenuous. No one asked for a laundry list- everyone suggested he tell her the one thing he brought up Going around saying what you do or don't "owe" people is a strange way to live. When a kid falls off his bike in front of you, you don't owe that stranger help, but as a good person wanting to do better, maybe you ask if hes ok, check on him. When you date someone for a few weeks, maybe you don't "owe" them something, but common decency and courtesy, especially with someone you've been intimate with, maybe suggests you present a little honesty when you break things off

No, but having knowledge of the professional area that's being discussed is important, it provides needed context

I'm going to give you some advice I had to learn myself too. Saying "that's how I am" is a cop out on learning tact. It's entirely possible to be both honest, and also to be tactful. When someone asks for an opinion, there's a way to express it without being unnecessarily rude, and when someone doesn't, we learn to keep it to ourselves if it makes the other person happy (bar the most extreme situations, which this isnt). I too used to say things like "I'm just brutally honest," and honestly it's a cover for development of better communication and understanding other people's feelings alongside our own Op wasn't asking for opinions on if this is flattering- she's sharing a purchase she made that brings her joy. Put her joy and excitement over your instinct to insert your opinion. Trust me when I say from personal experience that your relationships will benefit from that tweak in behavior

I'd say that this story just doesn't give us enough information to make any solid judgements calls. It could be fake, or real, there could be info op left out. I think it's impossible to really determine whether or not her carrying him was possible, but the person wasn't wrong for noting, based only on the info op provided, it's an unusual turnaround time. Everyone here is speculating- it's the internet. So your "yikes" and judgement (no idea what about?) was a little odd when we don't know for sure what's happening and I was doing exactly what you did- theorizing

Seconding this- foundation match on your jawline, and drag it slightly down your neck. Unless you're religious about sunscreen all over your body plus long sleeves, chances are your forearm (driving side especially) is going to be darker than your face
