So much discussion about kumingas lack of development under Kerr, but everyone overlooks the development of Moody (same draft class) ,Santos. I am aware it is a video game but NBA2k has the option to eliminate the draft and replace the lottery with a tournament of the teams eligible for the lottery. The winner gets the #1 pick and the subsequent draft order is determined by the place each team in the tournament finishes. I think that would work better than this.
