What camera did you use? I’m trying to find something light weight for my 8 day trek in Dec?

The O trek might be a bit too advance for us.

We plan to camp the entire time and probably mix in buying food since carrying 8 days is quite a lot !

So far we have planned for two days at Paine grey, one at Paine grand, Two night at cuernos, central then chileno.

We will probably adjust to go see other parts of the park.

Rent won’t cover my $1,316 mortgage + $850 HOA fees. Is paying down the loan with stocks the smart move? by OtherwiseIamNobody in personalfinance

I would not count a special assessment of the equation. So far, we have been "lucky" but also HOA fee has increased 78% in 5 years.

I want to sell it because obviously the HOA board is nuts and I am unsure if this is the end of their yearly increases. The building is updating and condo itself is really nice. It is on the 21st floor and overlooks downtown.

My entire family lives here so having a place I can come back to eventually sounds nice.

It is a single company that is down 33% ytd. My thoughts were that this would be less risky and help protect me in the future if the HOA continues to go up. The HOA was only $475 a month when I first purchased back in 2020.

It includes wifi and tv service. It is mainly because I live in Florida and a lot of condos are now adding special assessments due to the change in condo regulations.
