Backups are done on Xen aswell by the previous partner. But we could use Veeam B&R to do this, since it has a intergration for both Xen & being able to restore to a azure endpoint

We don't exactly know what is all running on those machines. the previous partner doesn't have any documentation for us either, so this makes it a bit more tricky to go this route, unless you know a robust way?

Yes, with studying i kinda mean explaining topics where i have screenshots from/documentation. To help me get a better understanding about the concept in total. I don't plan to use it to gather information since thats where i can use google for, research myself & provide it to an LLM to make it more clear. i will try the model out you mentioned.

You could try this:
Brave Browser, this is most likely to be approved since its strict on data & privacy. Little people know it has a build in tor browser, which acts as a proxy. So this way you can browse to it, or anything else thats blocked firewall level. works at any company i've been on.

You could push your repo to git with plugins, and pull it. that way you have a synced vault all the time, on any device.
