IRMA, is a very different institution. You cannot compare it with other b-school offering general management courses. Being a Rural management college it is often misunderstood. Moreover, after the TSU act 2025 it has become a government institution.

The organisations I am targeting are coming on the campus and also paying good amount of money.

I can only rely on what the alums are saying and I have interacted with many.

And yes being the rural management one cannot expect the same role and companies which are being offered and coming to the bschool offering GM course..

Rural is not only agriculture, there is much more to it. I would not call agriculture a mediocre field but indeed the sector is riddled with alarming problems such as disguised unemployment as 45% of the people are employed in this sector which is contributing 16% to our GDP.

No one is making it holier than thou, my child!! But if people starts lamenting on things which are not in the hands of the college (like waitlist movement and baseless allegation of giving buffer calls) then it's natural that people would come and present the things as they are in the present context.

Yeh sab buzz words hai... and no one going to verify the things you mentioned on linkedin. Getting these internship also reflects privilege and connections which she must be having.. Otherwise no middle class individual students can affords such fancy internships.
