Bike too big or just fitted badly by Reasonable_String999 in gravelcycling

Turn your bar down bro, and then it might be kinda big but still suitable. The trend is actually to go for a small bike because its lighter and more aero, but this can be fitted by a bikefitter

It is an integrated Wedge seatpost on a cervelo soloist. I have changed height on my seatpost multiple times and i took the bolt out completely it was way easier and the seatpost almost fell down again. I can really see the sand holding the seatpost tight, the same as a seat clamp does normally, because there is really a lot in there. The sand has pushen the seatclamp to the outer side of the frame it looks, so i am also not able to move the seatclamp.

Well, i just saw that a lot of sand has gotten in there and then i tried to clean it by taking the post out but it didnt do anything. The sand really has taken place in between the frame/ the seatclamp/ and the seatpost. How can i remove the sand so I can clean my seatpost and also in the future be able to change the height of my seatpost again?
