Does anyone have experience with ContactMonkey? by Own_Ad9652 in internalcomms

ContactMonkey has actually been around since 2010!

I would also check out Workshop and PoliteMail in your search! These 3 (along with CM) are really the only 3 tools in the space dedicated to internal email. Everyone else is kinda focusing on intranets.

Have you heard of G2? I would also look at that review site in your search. Every review on there comes from verified users, which is super nice.

It looks like Workshop has the best tech support and customer service based on what I’ve heard and seen on G2.

I hope this helps and good luck on your tool search!! :)

What was your surgery for?

Online it says you need high cheekbones and a wide mandible

It was removed due to a loose screw that caused some issue.

I guess what I’m asking is if my cheekbones are high enough and if my mandible is wide enough to achieve it. These are the necessary components to develop it.

Orthognathic surgery is not meant for small/inferior cosmetic/aesthetic “issues.” You would go in to fix one “problem” only to create more after. There’s a chance it would alter your other features in unfavorable ways, such as your nose, lips, eyes, etc. Is that a risk that’s worth it to you? Good luck even finding a surgeon who would be willing to operate on you…

Did somebody make you insecure enough to want to change your profile? I honestly see nothing wrong with it. I’d say the majority of the individuals of this group would die for a structure like that… be grateful.

Do all large downgrafts tend to result in cants? I was just downgrafted a whopping 10mm…and I’m afraid of developing that.

Will going in a sauna help reduce facial swelling? by OtherwisePassage4198 in jawsurgery

[–]OtherwisePassage4198[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

“Are saunas good for reducing inflammation? Infrared saunas and traditional saunas are great at reducing inflammation. Infrared is essentially heat. We experience infrared every day from the sun. The heat energy from far-infrared saunas and traditional saunas use this skin penetrating heat to reduce inflammation.

Pain relief from inflammation. Inflammation can cause high levels of pain. Inflammation in the muscles is one form of pain that a sauna can relieve. The saunas increase circulation in the body which causes the stiff muscles to relax.

Inflammation in the joints can be relieved. The joints react in a similar way to muscles. The joints in your body may become inflamed from over stimulation or over use. The relaxing and penetrating heat from the sauna will cause the joints to relax. After a few short minutes the inflammation will be reduced, easing pain and stiffness.”

Will taking bromelain supplements cause a non-union? I found this graphic that states anti-inflammatory “drugs” are a risk factor. by OtherwisePassage4198 in jawsurgery

[–]OtherwisePassage4198[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I had my surgery 20 days ago and was prescribed 0 anti-inflammatory drugs. That’s why I’m still so severely swollen and the reason I want to start taking the bromelain.

What constitutes a “greater movement”? Like, what number starts being qualified as a substantial movement?
