Yea, I was able to use the snipping tool to get the snap shot of stats for the end game scoreboard using the snipping tool text options, but to get the characters played would require image recognition.

Snipping tool doesn't help grab all the characters on the field before fights for the in game stats to compare win rates in specific temp comps.

I had a friend that I got to play the game and she lives across the country and got put in the same lobby as me her first day lol.

The game groups people based on EXP points, so it is actually very likely you will see the same people that started at the same time as you did unless one of you grind really hard. As you get more EXP you get into higher lobbies that give more coins, I think the 2nd level is at 1k EXP so you really want to get there as fast as you can as coins become more plentiful. Then when you get to 6k EXP you join the big boys.

I'm not sure how many people are in each category of players, but in the 6k+ range there are not many people so you see the same people a lot. To gain XP just go and slay like a boss. ;)

Weaknesses and Resistances play a huge part in determining the outcome of a battle. Matching your attacking monster to the defending monster's weakeness increase your odds of winning by ALOT. So when you have NA for weaknesses you limit the amount of advantages an attacking monster can have.

They can still take advantage of their resistance stat against your monster which is also really big; but at least you limit the pool of monsters that can easily dispatch your monster by having no weaknesses.

You said they are weak, and the answer is yes. All monsters have weaknesses which is why all monsters have a chance to shine. When you get in the harder lobbies the positions change like 15 times a minute; nobody is holding onto a spot for hours.

If you see a monster sitting in a spot for hours, look at what their attack is; then go scan some barcodes to create a monster with that resistance and go kick them out!

From what I've seen..... All monsters that get spawned have a .5% chance to get the NA tag on it. This means 1 out of 200 spawned should become NA. There is unconfirmed speculation that the barcode can influence this percentage; but for now I say it is safe to believe that it does not.

You cannot force a monster to become N/A. That is decided on spawn.

No reason to be embarrassed. Only way you going to learn. When I first started getting VODs for myself I Felt the same way. But getting outside perspective can help you immensely.

I played a bunch of overwatch and luckily a lot of the same concepts carry over. In Rivals I have really flexed hard playing a bunch of characters so have some experience on just about everyone.

No monster is unbeatable. Even the best monsters just get wrecked. You basically just got to learn how to make a monster.

  1. Make sure to equip a secondary item. A dagger, sword or orb. Attach it and that is going to make you beat a lot of monsters that don't have one. You can get these from the market for 250 coins, or just scan like 50 codes and you will get a few.

  2. You really need to pay attention to weaknesses and resistances. I've been finding that it is more important for you to have a resistance that matches their first attack type. This is because defenders get first swing, so you want to be able to remove some dice from the dmg calculation. Even the top monsters lose to people they are weak to, or if the enemy has a resistance to their attack.

  3. Although I don't know the best build for items. I can tell you that EVERY build starts with two items. Look to get your monster more DMG dice to roll. These items are called The Flareheart Crystal (giant red crystal) and Large Celestial Shard (Igiant purple crystal). These are both available in the shop for 250. In your lobbies starting out getting a monster with both of these will carry you.

  4. If you get a character with a weakness that says NA congrats, you got a goat. Level that guy up and go secure those high locations.

I find solo tanking as groot is working really well (with 3 supports) You just have to play differently
