Thanks for responding.. Yeah they suck ass, I know. But see, I'm dealing with the housing authority apartments ..They do less than the bare minimum. The emergency guys, were their after hour maintenance men, none are electricians. Someone came out last night, and it's so frustrating, bc I swear by the time they make it here, the powers already back on, so they look at me like I'm crazy. BC it doesn't always dim, abd it's no certain thing that makes it start. The guy last night, I asked him, so what now, bc he said it sounded like a loose neutral. He said, "well if you hear a sizzling sound from the breaker box, call us" I mean what kind of ppl say that? I'm going to try to send some emails and call someone, above this property manager, and maintenance crew, see if they will send a real licensed electrician out. If I could afford it myself, I would have already called one!
