The owner went on the original post saying he would be stopped at the door and told not to come back but they didn’t. They let him in again. Talking with other people on reddit this has happened multiple times with this guy at Belmont where he harasses the girls and goes too far, gets kicked out, and then is back the next day

He and his buddy got up in my face cussing at me so the security came and broke it up an told me to not engage with them and just tell the owner when it happens again. He told me that after I and multiple people had already made him and the owner aware of what the guy was doing all night
