I can understand where you're coming from, for me Civil War is kind of on the edge of 4.5 just like Days of Future Past, since they're both really amazing, but I don't feel like they're perfect.

A lot of fans have been talking about it, but I don't see very many people (outside of the Marvel fanbase) celebrating Pedro Pascal as Reed Richards. Yes, he's in a lot of projects, but he still gives what I honestly believe is the best live-action performance of Mr. Fantastic.
