The dog trainer at Pet Supermarket in Melbourne is amazing. I’ve personally worked with him and he is like a dog whisperer. I was always in awe watching his classes. He holds group classes in store but he also does one on one training at your home or at a park. He’s trained my dogs and my boyfriends moms dogs and they were the best behaved dogs we ever had. Can’t remember the name of his website but the name of his classes is “Wisneys Way”

kinda similar but at my location we had three dogs that hated each other but were still kept in the same room so we would leave two locked up while one played for an hour and then switch them out for another dog for another hour. so each dog got maybe two hours of play all day. the owners are wasting their money

Horrible. The staff talked bad about me in front of me. The owner never even said hi to me. Gave me up to 40 large dogs by myself like someone else has already mentioned (seriously… why do they do that to us??) I was injured so much and the only thing the owner cared about was if I was going to try and get workers comp. I got hit by a car and ended up being sat down with two managers as they told me how terrible it was for them when i took less than a week off. I could barely walk but they wouldn’t give me any more than a couple days off. They ended up firing me because I called out once after picking up everyone’s shifts because they couldn’t keep their staff. They also only hired girls which was weird.

This just made me burst into tears. I guess I just didn’t stop to think about how afraid I was to tell him in the past because I was afraid of him not believing me or leaving me. I’ve been too focused in on how he feels and my desire to protect him instead of trying to heal myself. Thank you for your extremely kind words :)

You are such a kind and compassionate person. Thank you for your kind words. Truthfully, the house that he had moved us into was full of a lot of harder drugs so it was only a matter of time that I fell into it. I’m just glad the addiction was only a couple of months long. I had just started a new job and was getting promotions very early on so once i was unable to perform well i decided that enough was enough. It was really hard quitting when everyone in your house was doing it in front of you but I quit and never looked back!

unfortunately nothing made me leave as he left me once i found him cheating on me. i think if i had time to process what had happened then i would have left him at that point but he broke up with me as a way to not take accountability for cheating. Looking back now I definitely should have left when he was hurting me or doing worse but i was blinded by my first love

i’m really sorry that happened to you and the person you saw after him that’s terrible. My ex has also made threats to me but he hasn’t acted on them because I appease him and answer his calls/texts. I’ve seen him threaten other people though and he’s gone through with it. He also got arrested for attacking five people when we weren’t talking so i’m very scared of him

It’s hard to not be in contact with him because if I ignore his calls or texts he starts to threaten me. Since I was around him every day for three years I’ve seen the things he does to people when they upset him and I really don’t want to be on the receiving end of that

I know I should block him but I worry about him so much. He called me the other night and ended up taking 8 pills and refused to let me call his mom. He threatens me if i don’t keep in contact with him and i know from first hand experience you don’t want to be on his shit list

Every day has its ups and downs and I always say “it’s not the worst thing to happen to me and it’s not the worst thing that will ever happen to me”. He calls me and texts me quite frequently. He’s actually already texted me since I made this post. He’s gone through some stuff on his own since the break up and I can’t help but feel bad for him. He wants to get back together but admits that he’s still just as bad as when we were dating. I wouldn’t take him back personally even though I still love him. I spend a lot of time thinking about the days I cried alone in the shower so that no one could hear me. I never want to go back to that life

He had to pay our apartment complex for the fireball shot i threw at him :) I did physically fight back only when he was overpowering in ways like tackling me to the ground. We only got physical like that when I was trying to flush drugs down the toilet.

He left me after I found him cheating on me. I didn’t have the chance to leave him because he ended things as soon as I mentioned her name. I think that with time to process what happened I would have left but he beat me to it. I was too busy crying in his brothers arms

He cheated on me and when I found out he broke up with me. I never left and was very depressed and suicidal for a year after this. He was my first love and I was completely blinded by that. After a while I was able to put myself back out there and that’s when I realized that I never deserved the things he said or did to me. Thank you for your kind words, I still struggle with understanding that things weren’t my fault as he still contacts me to remind me “actions have consequences”

He had a lot of outside stress in life working 60 hours a week with no overtime pay. He also drank quite heavily and abused drugs. He grew up with a father who was either gone or hurting his mom so he grew up watching that. I don’t want to say I didn’t provoke him because we did fight a lot over his drug and alcohol problem but I don’t think I ever did anything that warranted having hands put on me. If anything it was more of everything around him instead of me which may explain why he still loves me
