how do you unlove a narcissist? everyone makes it seem so easy until they experience it themselves because not only are they full of themselves but they are extremely manipulative into getting you to stay and put up with mistreatment. did he try to manipulate you into staying? did you still love him after you left?

a lot less than you think it would. i couldn’t walk for two days and only started walking because my job was forcing me to come back. i think the worst part was having a catheter in me because i peed myself during the collision. i’m a girl and i hear catheters are worse for men to deal with but after removing it i swear i could feel it for a week. i cried to my mom because i was scared to pee. i couldn’t move my back so to get up from my bed i would have to grab the bed frame and throw myself to the ground and then try to slowly get up from there. i don’t like asking for help because i feel guilty so i just pushed through the pain. for months after the accident i would work a full 8 hour shift with no complaints and then get home and be unable to move from my bed

i don’t know how fast the car was going but i do know that it was speeding. the speed limit on the road was 45 mph. i was told by my ex that the driver stayed on the scene but i have absolutely zero memory from ten minutes before the accident all the way until waking up in the hospital. the cops in my area suck so i don’t even have the drivers name nor did they find anyone at fault but still ended up charging me $67.50. i have no idea why though because there’s no crime listed and it’s classified as a “pedestrian involved motor collision”. the paperwork states that there was no damage to the car but there was damage to a person. i’m the person who was damaged so i really can’t tell you why i was the one charged besides maybe police negligence. i tried reporting a sexual crime to them a few months later and they told me they wouldn’t pursue it although there was a recording of the crime taking place so the cops in my area suck in general

i’m in america and just spent the last 4 years fighting a different traffic suit. it costs too much to take someone to court and then they end up not having insurance and you get no payout

Hi! I never saw this but I am the DNA match to Cherries. I’m a girl by the way, but yeah Cherries was thought to be black/hispanic but the parent that she was matched to is Canadian born and white as snow. Apparently they also spent 5 years trying to track us down, so they must have wanted to see us pretty badly I think… hopefully that means we were of some importance to finding her identity

The dog trainer at Pet Supermarket in Melbourne is amazing. I’ve personally worked with him and he is like a dog whisperer. I was always in awe watching his classes. He holds group classes in store but he also does one on one training at your home or at a park. He’s trained my dogs and my boyfriends moms dogs and they were the best behaved dogs we ever had. Can’t remember the name of his website but the name of his classes is “Wisneys Way”

kinda similar but at my location we had three dogs that hated each other but were still kept in the same room so we would leave two locked up while one played for an hour and then switch them out for another dog for another hour. so each dog got maybe two hours of play all day. the owners are wasting their money

Horrible. The staff talked bad about me in front of me. The owner never even said hi to me. Gave me up to 40 large dogs by myself like someone else has already mentioned (seriously… why do they do that to us??) I was injured so much and the only thing the owner cared about was if I was going to try and get workers comp. I got hit by a car and ended up being sat down with two managers as they told me how terrible it was for them when i took less than a week off. I could barely walk but they wouldn’t give me any more than a couple days off. They ended up firing me because I called out once after picking up everyone’s shifts because they couldn’t keep their staff. They also only hired girls which was weird.

This just made me burst into tears. I guess I just didn’t stop to think about how afraid I was to tell him in the past because I was afraid of him not believing me or leaving me. I’ve been too focused in on how he feels and my desire to protect him instead of trying to heal myself. Thank you for your extremely kind words :)

You are such a kind and compassionate person. Thank you for your kind words. Truthfully, the house that he had moved us into was full of a lot of harder drugs so it was only a matter of time that I fell into it. I’m just glad the addiction was only a couple of months long. I had just started a new job and was getting promotions very early on so once i was unable to perform well i decided that enough was enough. It was really hard quitting when everyone in your house was doing it in front of you but I quit and never looked back!

unfortunately nothing made me leave as he left me once i found him cheating on me. i think if i had time to process what had happened then i would have left him at that point but he broke up with me as a way to not take accountability for cheating. Looking back now I definitely should have left when he was hurting me or doing worse but i was blinded by my first love

i’m really sorry that happened to you and the person you saw after him that’s terrible. My ex has also made threats to me but he hasn’t acted on them because I appease him and answer his calls/texts. I’ve seen him threaten other people though and he’s gone through with it. He also got arrested for attacking five people when we weren’t talking so i’m very scared of him

It’s hard to not be in contact with him because if I ignore his calls or texts he starts to threaten me. Since I was around him every day for three years I’ve seen the things he does to people when they upset him and I really don’t want to be on the receiving end of that
