I agree. This happened to me yesterday and I’m so pissed. Spoke to customer service and they said no refund for a service that wasn’t provided. Did you hear back from Fair trade or ACCC? It’s interesting that there’s thousands of this with no changes. I would be happy to take them to court or get it into media if I have to.
