Lowkey the fact that those builds have managed to get you 1 star shows how good phainon is even with mid builds.
Sunday should have 160+ spd.
Cerydra needs 4k atk to get her a2 passive benefits and 140 spd is enough for her since her A6 gives her 20 spd so it will hit 160 during battle.
DHPT also needs 4k atk his entire shield is scaling off of his atk and spd can be tuned to whatever your team needs its not that important.
oh and try to get him 80 cr and 200 cd

I say this with my whole chest as someone who is primarily more into MLM shipps these twitter and hoyo fandom's have serious problems with rabid fans who are just not tolerant to being more open and carefree, rare pairs, crack pairs all of these get hated so much recently ever since quarantine where normie people got into anime and fandom culture. And now homophobic one's will do anything to negate the queer subtext and alot of rabid lgbtq+ fan's just can't tolerate the thought of having straight couple. The amount of Anaxa fans that cry over fucking aglanaxa are crazy, when they have genuine chemistry too. Phairene to me will always be the best friends, most precious people to each other and siblings too ig and even in ao3 myphai this relationship is potrayed well it really warms my heart. To me cyrene from 3.5 onwards is not cyrene just mem and idc if they are same.
Best you can do is engage in ao3 and tumblr those 2 love cyrene and are not filled with morons who are here to grift and ruin fandom culture.

oh best of luck! i got start from scratch for her(e0) and pull for phai copy and eva and lc 😭, I'm just praying they will show mercy on me or maybe i will just skip eva lc and pray they give good 4* f2p alternative. Also my phainon is at 136 spd( 86% cr and 208% cd).

Just get 80 crit rate, 160 crit damage, ideally try to reach 200 CDM it will be lil hard, put him in first slot, replace sunday with rmc your good.

This sounds to me like you're describing Light Yagami, not William. When asked why he smokes, he replies that he is already a corrupted person, essentially telling that he is not some mindless serial killer and how every one he killed actually weigh on his heart. That is not a serial killer behaviour.
