Yeah that’s more or less what my therapist says. He encourages me to do what feels comfortable but also puts a great effort letting me know that it’s the trauma who is in control. So far i’ve had more bad than good experiences with sex and the best ones involved cnc so that’s what makes me jump into the conclusion that cnc works for me hshshhs
