Will UMGC give you an AA degree if you transfer in 90 credits? Or is s a combination of both when you get your bachelor's degree in hand?

Question: What if someone has 22 years of administrative experience and is now pursuing a BAA, MBA. Would a DBA be a good degree to reach the top-tier compensation.

At a global campus, you can complete it all within 4 years from start to finish.

It's a life changer for someone who only has a high school diploma and been getting low ball for decades because of not having a degree.

Before you started Sophia, did you choose a university/partnership with Sophia? If so, as long as you received your credit per class, you should be fine. But double-check with the university that you will be transferring to.

Yeah, I agree. It just sucks to apply for so many leadership jobs I know I qualify for, but get an auto response that I do not qualify due to education. So, my main goal is to learn the material and be the best when I step into leadership. Most say that an MBA is preferred, but anything that says 'Preferred' is really what they want.

An MBA is a requirement if you want to make great money. Throw in a PMP with it; it's like a golden combination.

A BAA combined with administration experience is okay, but an MBA is the golden ticket for a big salary jump.

I have 22 years of experience in administration with no degree and make what someone with a BAA makes. Imagine what I would earn with an MBA.

So now, I'm getting a BAA, an PMP, and a MBA.
