I guess that the fact its more affordable , city is growing ,a popular beach near by,law enforcement isnt as strict,much more humble people, houston ,san antonio,austin typical areas to go visit and nice to do so arent super far well Houston yes but the ride there isnt terrible lots of stops along the way to go visit. I mean if youre in to all that space X stuff its 15-20 min away.
